It's Never Enough (Don't put a limit to God)

Haha, i was on the bus home and the Lord put a new song in my heart.. Just want to share it with u guys, in case any of u made the same mistake as i did - to put a limit to God and just want a little bit of him! Haha, inspired by Psalm 86, that we need to be poor and needy and always wanting God. I realise that when i come to a point of "ok, this much of God is just nice for me", that's when trouble starts! Indeed, what we have experienced of God is never enough! Lord, we want more!

It's Never Enough (Don't put a limit to God)

I've felt the Lord's sweet presence
I've heard His still small voice
He came and poured His blessings
He gave me so much joy

By and by time went by
And my heart got cold and dry
And then one day
I asked God why

He said

Don't put a limit to God's touch
Don't put a limit to God's love
Don't put a limit to what He wants you to do
Don't put a limit to God

Let me never be satisfied
With just one touch of Jesus
May my heart be needy Lord
May my soul yearn deep for You
Let me never be satisfied
With just a bit of Jesus
May I learn that with the Lord,
It's never enough
